This headband is comfortable to wear, and the earphones are no bother. My hair is long and fine, and it worked best to put the headband under my hair at the back and pull up into position- if I put the headband on top it would slide out of position on my fine hair.
Now I just have to find an app with sleepy sounds that work on me!

I am so glad I purchased these. I can fall sleep with my favourite podcasts playing and also keep my ears warm on those cold nights. I even gave my daughter a pair and she loves hers too. She uses hers for when she works out. I purchased two at the same time and saved money.

Gave it 5 stars, but the only thing is wrong is that the headband gets a bit hot in the hot weather and maybe you could make a summer weight set with lighter material.

I love my Snug hugs sleep band headphones! It took a little bit of adjusting the position of the speakers but that’s because I have a small head. Once I got that right they were easy to use and comfortable. I use mine to listen to meditations in bed to help me go to sleep. I also use mine when I’m doing housework! They are so comfortable, I just put them on and play music while I’m cleaning the house! No one can complain about loud music early on a Saturday morning when I wear my headband headphones!

I really love my Snug Hug Sleep Headphones. They are very comfortable to wear when lying down and although I haven't fallen asleep with them on yet, I believe they are comfortable enough to sleep in. I like that they are not noise cancelling, and they fit well enough to reduce outside noise to my satisfaction. I am wondering how the fabric will feel on my head in hotter weather, and hopefully they won't be too sweaty. I plan to wear them on an upcoming flight overseas and they will be much more comfortable than ear buds,

This is fantastic, I have been using buds, especially at night, and you can guarantee, when I turn over the bud either fall out or feel very uncomfortable, but with now I have not only a sleep mask if I want, but buds I don't have to put in my ears yet can hear so well, and on my toss and turn nights stay in place comfortably thank you yes I would definitely recommend

1. blocking out my husband's snoring and
2. listening to audio books in the night without disturbing him.
Although it doesn't block out his snoring as much as I would like, being able to listen to stories is very distracting and relaxing. I definitely have a better night's sleep and I'm glad I bought the device.
